Sec. 15.
(1) The repeal of section 5, chapter 826, Oregon Laws 2009, by section 14, chapter 826, Oregon Laws 2009, does not affect any petition for relief filed pursuant to section 5, chapter 826, Oregon Laws 2009, with the Psychiatric Security Review Board before January 2, 2016. Any proceeding commenced under section 5, chapter 826, Oregon Laws 2009, before January 2, 2016, shall continue to be governed by the provisions of section 5, chapter 826, Oregon Laws 2009.
(2) Nothing in the repeal of section 5, chapter 826, Oregon Laws 2009, by section 14, chapter 826, Oregon Laws 2009, or the amendments to ORS 166.250, 166.274, 166.291 and 166.470 by sections 10, 11, 11a and 20, chapter 826, Oregon Laws 2009, affects the relief granted to a person under section 5, chapter 826, Oregon Laws 2009.
