136.140 Proceedings after judgment of acquittal.

If, upon the dismissal of the accusatory instrument, the court gives judgment of acquittal, the same proceedings shall be had thereon in relation to the custody or release of the defendant as are prescribed in ORS 135.680. [Amended by 1973 c.836 230]
