130.050 UTC 201. Role of court in administration of trust.
OR Rev Stat § 130.050 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?
(1) A court may intervene in the administration of a trust to the extent the court s jurisdiction is invoked by an interested person or as provided by law.
(2) A trust is not subject to continuing judicial supervision unless ordered by a court.
(3) A judicial proceeding may relate to any matter involving a trust s administration, including a request for instructions or a declaratory judgment action. [2005 c.348 12]
