The amendments to sections 3 [106.310] and 4 [106.315], chapter 99, Oregon Laws 2007, by sections 1 and 2 of this 2009 Act apply to declarations of domestic partnership entered into before, on or after the effective date of this 2009 Act [September 28, 2009]. [2009 c.561 7]
