OR Rev Stat § 105.220 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

The plaintiff shall make a tenant in dower, by the curtesy, for life or for years of any portion of the entire property and creditors having a lien upon any portion of the property defendants in the suit. When the lien is upon an undivided interest or estate of any of the parties and a partition is made, it is thenceforth a lien only upon the share assigned to such party; but such share shall be first charged with its just proportion of the cost of the partition in preference to such lien.
