97.982 Alteration of document of anatomical gift prohibited.


OR Rev Stat § 97.982 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

(1) A person commits the crime of alteration of a document of gift if the person, in order to obtain a financial gain, intentionally falsifies, forges, conceals, defaces or obliterates a document of gift, an amendment or revocation of a document of gift or a refusal.

(2) Alteration of a document of gift is a Class C felony. [2007 c.681 22]
