97.180 Period within which body may not be used.

Upon receipt of any body by a school or college pursuant to ORS 97.170, it shall be properly embalmed for anatomical purposes, but shall be retained 30 days before being used or dismembered. If it is claimed by any relative or friend within that period, it shall be delivered to the claimant.
