80.101 Approved unique identifiers.


OR Rev Stat § 80.101 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

(1) The Secretary of State shall devise a method or system to provide approved unique identifiers for persons filing documents under ORS 80.100 to 80.130.

(2) If necessary under federal law, the Secretary of State shall seek approval of the method or system devised under subsection (1) of this section from the Secretary of the United States Department of Agriculture. [2007 c.186 20]
