ORS Chapter 72
72.8120 Time for commencement of service and repair; effect of delay; tender of conforming goods.
Where an option is exercised in favor of service and repair under ORS 72.8110, said service and repair must be commenced within a reasonable time, unless the buyer agrees in writing to the contrary. Delay caused by conditions beyond the control of the retail seller s representative shall serve to extend the time for repair. Where such a delay arises, conforming goods shall be tendered as soon as possible following termination of the condition giving use to the delay. [1973 c.413 10a]
