58.470 Evidentiary effect of copy of filed document.


OR Rev Stat § 58.470 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

(1) A certificate attached to a copy of a document filed by the Secretary of State, bearing the Secretary of State s signature, which may be in facsimile, is conclusive evidence that the original document, or a facsimile thereof, is on file with the Office of Secretary of State.

(2) The provisions of ORS 56.110 apply to all documents filed pursuant to this chapter. [1987 c.94 11]
