821.055 Operation of all-terrain vehicles on certain highways.

Notwithstanding ORS 821.020, or any law requiring that vehicles be equipped in specified ways in order to operate on highways, Class I, Class II, Class III and Class IV all-terrain vehicles may operate on any highway in this state that is open to the public and is not maintained for passenger car traffic.
