820.020 Vehicles other than worker transport vehicles that are subject to safety regulation.

Vehicles described in this section are subject to safety regulation under ORS 820.030 to 820.070 in addition to worker transport vehicles subjected to such regulation under ORS 820.010. This section applies to every motor vehicle that is exempt from ORS chapter 825 by ORS 825.017 (9). [1983 c.338 739; 1989 c.992 23]
