809.412 Authority of juvenile court for suspension or revocation.

If a juvenile court finds a youth to be within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court under ORS 419C.005 for committing an offense that is a ground for suspension or revocation upon conviction under ORS 809.409, 809.411, 809.413, 813.400 or 813.403 or any other law requiring suspension or revocation of driving privileges upon conviction of an offense, the juvenile court shall order the suspension or revocation of driving privileges that is required upon conviction of the offense.
