757.935 Definitions for ORS 757.935 to 757.945.

As used in ORS 757.935 to 757.945:

(1) Credit enhancement agreement means any agreement or contractual relationship between Oregon Community Power and any bank, trust company, insurance company, surety bonding company, pension fund or other financial institution providing additional credit on or security for a financing agreement or certificates of participation authorized by ORS 757.935 to 757.945.

(2) Financing agreement means a bond, installment sale agreement, loan agreement, note, note agreement, short-term promissory note, commercial paper, line of credit or similar obligation or any other agreement to finance real or personal property, tangible or intangible, that is or will be owned and operated by Oregon Community Power, to otherwise borrow money, or to refinance previously executed financing agreements.
