756.305 Public Utility Commission Account.


OR Rev Stat § 756.305 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

(1) There hereby is established in the General Fund an account to be known as the Public Utility Commission Account. Except as limited by ORS 756.360, all moneys, without regard to their sources, credited to the Public Utility Commission Account hereby are appropriated continuously to the Public Utility Commission for the payment of any and all of the expenses of the Public Utility Commission.

(2) The Public Utility Commission shall keep a record of all moneys deposited in the Public Utility Commission Account. The record shall indicate by separate cumulative accounts the source from which the moneys are derived and the individual activity or program against which each withdrawal is charged.
