731.992 Criminal penalty.


OR Rev Stat § 731.992 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

(1) Violation of ORS 731.260 is a Class A misdemeanor.

(2) Violation of any provision of the Insurance Code for which a greater penalty is not otherwise provided by the Insurance Code or by other applicable laws of this state, in addition to any applicable prescribed denial, suspension or revocation of any certificate or license or any civil forfeiture, is a Class A misdemeanor.
