731.122 Policy.
OR Rev Stat § 731.122 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?
Policy means the written contract or written agreement for or effecting insurance, by whatever name called, and includes all clauses, riders, indorsements and papers which are a part thereof and annuities. [1967 c.359 25]
