717.230 Application fee.

Each application shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee in the amount of $1,000, payable to the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services. The application fee shall also constitute the license fee for the applicant s first year of activities if the license is granted. [1999 c.571 8]
