711.980 Civil penalties.


OR Rev Stat § 711.980 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

Any person who violates ORS 711.415 shall forfeit and pay to the State Treasurer to be deposited in the Consumer and Business Services Fund a civil penalty in an amount determined by the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services of not more than $2,500 for each offense. The civil penalty may be recovered as provided in ORS 706.980. [1975 c.544 40]
