OR Rev Stat § 692.310 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

The State Mortuary and Cemetery Board shall meet at least semiannually, and at such other times as it may determine, and shall elect from its members, each for a term of one year, a president and secretary. The secretary shall also act and serve as treasurer of the board. [Amended by 1971 c.115 14; 1973 c.411 10; 1983 c.810 21]
