688.630 Certification requirement.
OR Rev Stat § 688.630 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?
(1) It is unlawful for any person to act as a hemodialysis technician without being certified by the Oregon Health Authority.
(2) It is unlawful for any dialysis facility or center to authorize a person to act for it as a hemodialysis technician without being certified by the authority. [1997 c.580 2; 2009 c.595 1095]
