687.490 Confidentiality of information provided to board or agency.
(1) Any information provided to the State Board of Direct Entry Midwifery or the Oregon Health Licensing Agency under ORS 687.445 is confidential and is not subject to public disclosure or admissible as evidence in any judicial proceeding.
(2) Any person who in good faith provides information to the board or the agency is not subject to an action for civil damages as a result thereof. [1993 c.362 17; 2001 c.53 7; 2003 c.547 26; 2005 c.648 40]
