657A.640 Commission for Child Care Account.

There is created within the General Fund, the Commission for Child Care Account, to which shall be credited Miscellaneous Receipts collected or received by the Commission for Child Care. Moneys in the account are continuously appropriated for purposes consistent with the creation of the commission. [1989 c.110 4]
