657.360 When employer charged for benefits.

Except for benefits paid pursuant to ORS 657.357, no employer s account shall be charged for benefits paid to an unemployed individual during the period such individual is enrolled in and attending such program of instruction. [1969 c.156 4; 1971 c.82 6; 1989 c.818 4]
