653.540 Assistance to commission.

The Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries shall, at all times, give to the Wage and Hour Commission any information or statistics in the office of the commissioner that would assist the commission in carrying out ORS 653.305 and 653.505 to 653.535 and render such assistance to the commission as is consistent with the performance of the official duties of the commissioner. [Amended by 1993 c.18 136]
