The Wage and Hour Commission may prepare, adopt and promulgate rules for the carrying into effect of ORS 653.305, 653.315 and 653.505 to 653.540, including rules for the selection of members and the mode of procedure of conferences. [Amended by 1961 c.205 2; 1993 c.18 133]
