653.515 Commissioner as secretary; personnel and expenses.

(1) The Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries shall be the secretary and executive officer of the Wage and Hour Commission.
(2) The secretary of the commission may employ such clerical assistance and incur such expenses as may be necessary in performing the duties of the secretary.
