(2) The amendments to ORS 650.120, 650.140 and 650.150 by sections 3 to 5 of this 2009 Act apply to motor vehicle dealership franchises canceled, terminated or not continued on or after the effective date of this 2009 Act [June 26, 2009] and to motor vehicle dealership franchises canceled, terminated or not continued in bankruptcy proceedings pending or filed on or after the effective date of this 2009 Act.
