647.725 Relationship to other laws.

The rights, remedies and prohibitions contained in ORS 647.700 to 647.730 shall be in addition to and cumulative to any other right, remedy or prohibition accorded by common law, federal law or the statutes of this state, and nothing contained in ORS 647.700 to 647.730 shall be construed to deny, abrogate or impair any common law or statutory right, remedy or prohibition.
