621.171 Issuance of license; renewal; suspension; revocation.


OR Rev Stat § 621.171 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

(1) The State Department of Agriculture shall issue a dairy products plant license under ORS 621.166 or a license under ORS 621.072 for a distributor or producer-distributor to use a physical facility when it determines that the dairy products plant or the facility to be operated by the applicant is in compliance with the standards prescribed by the department pursuant to ORS 621.176 and 621.181.

(2) The department may refuse to issue or renew or may revoke or suspend the license of any person who fails to comply with the provisions of ORS 621.056, 621.057, 621.092, 621.122, 621.183 and 621.198 and the regulations promulgated under ORS 621.096 or 621.261. [1953 c.686 4; 1999 c.197 26]
