621.065 Designation of grades.


OR Rev Stat § 621.065 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

The State Department of Agriculture shall establish two standards of quality for fluid milk. The higher standard of quality shall be designated as grade A. The other standard of quality shall be designated as grade B. [Amended by 1955 c.714 12; 1999 c.197 10; 2003 c.14 372]
