583.545 Disposition of fees.

Except as provided by ORS 583.510 (5), the State Department of Agriculture shall deposit all fees paid under ORS 583.004 and 583.410 to 583.565 in the State Treasury to the credit of the Department of Agriculture Service Fund, and such fees are continuously appropriated to the department for administering and enforcing ORS 583.001 to 583.565.
