583.166 Disposition of fees.


OR Rev Stat § 583.166 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

The State Department of Agriculture shall deposit all fees paid under ORS 583.046 to 583.166 in the State Treasury to the credit of the Department of Agriculture Service Fund, and such fees are continuously appropriated to the department for administering and enforcing ORS 583.001 to 583.565.
