Sections 1 to 10 of this 2011 Act [576.715 to 576.744] and the amendments to ORS 576.710 by section 11 of this 2011 Act apply to seed production contracts, seed purchase contracts and other agreements for the production of agricultural seed or grass seed formed on or after August 1, 2011.
