567.010 Disposition of moneys for greenhouse facilities.

A separate account in the General Fund is established for the purposes described in ORS 567.005. Moneys in the account are continuously appropriated to the Oregon University System for the purposes described in ORS 567.005. [Amended by 2005 c.755 48; 2009 c.762 87]
