565.435 Commission staff assistance; costs.


OR Rev Stat § 565.435 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

The Director of Agriculture shall provide the County Fair Commission with such clerical and staff assistance as the director considers appropriate to assist the commission in carrying out its duties. The cost of any such clerical and staff assistance shall be paid for from the County Fair Account created by ORS 565.445. [1969 c.298 9]
