565.415 Compensation and expenses of commission members.


OR Rev Stat § 565.415 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

A voting member of the County Fair Commission shall receive a per diem allowance of $30 when engaged in the performance of official duties, including necessary travel time. In addition, subject to any applicable law regulating travel and other necessary expenses of state officers and employees, all members of the commission shall be reimbursed for actual and necessary travel and other expenses incurred by them in the performance of official duties.
