465.310 Accounting procedure for financial assistance moneys.


OR Rev Stat § 465.310 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

For the purposes of ORS 465.265 to 465.310, the Department of Environmental Quality may place moneys for the purpose of providing financial assistance in reserve status or subaccounts within the Hazardous Substance Remedial Action Fund. Moneys placed in reserve status or subaccounts under this section in connection with a financial assistance agreement shall not be subject to claims under ORS 465.260 or otherwise except as provided in the financial assistance agreement.
