456.085 Adopting resolution declaring need for authority.

The governing body shall adopt a resolution declaring that there is need for a housing authority in the city or county, if it finds that there exists a need for additional safe, decent and sanitary affordable housing for persons or families of lower income. [Amended by 1973 c.672 5; 1995 c.445 5]
