A person may not install a manufactured dwelling or manufactured structure accessory building or structure without first obtaining from the Department of Consumer and Business Services or a municipality as provided under ORS 446.250 all permits necessary for installing the manufactured dwelling or manufactured structure accessory building or structure on a lot.
