430.756 Immunity of employer reporting abuse by employee.


OR Rev Stat § 430.756 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

A person who has personal knowledge that an employee or former employee of the person was found by the Department of Human Services or a law enforcement agency to have committed abuse under ORS 430.735 to 430.765, is immune from civil liability for the disclosure to a prospective employer of the employee or former employee of known facts concerning the abuse. [2009 c.837 19]
