427.345 Sale of state training center; fair market value; use of proceeds.


OR Rev Stat § 427.345 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

(1) When the Department of Human Services sells any surplus real property owned by the department and used as a state training center, the sale price shall equal or exceed the fair market value of the property.

(2) The proceeds from the sale of any real property owned by the department and used as a state training center shall be applied under the provisions of ORS 427.340 (2). [1999 c.753 5]
