421.480 Return of inmate to institution.


OR Rev Stat § 421.480 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

When the need for the labor of a state inmate or local inmate transferred to a forest work camp has ceased or when the inmate is guilty of any violation of the rules of the Director of the Department of Corrections, the director may return the inmate to the institution, county or city from which the inmate was transferred. [Amended by 1961 c.656 6; 1967 c.504 9; 1987 c.320 207]
