421.340 Rules for exchange of products among institutions.

The Department of Corrections and such officials as may direct or control the management of penal, correctional, custodial and charitable institutions of the state or its political subdivisions, and the youth correction facilities, shall jointly annually promulgate rules to authorize the purchase by such institutions of the products to be manufactured by Oregon Corrections Enterprises. [Amended by 1965 c.616 64; 1987 c.320 194; 1999 c.955 17]
