421.288 Enforcing and administering compact.


OR Rev Stat § 421.288 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

All courts, agencies and officers of this state or any political subdivision therein shall enforce the compact and carry out its provisions including, but not limited to, making and submitting such reports as the compact requires. [1959 c.290 5]
