419C.062 Fact-finding when other county conducts hearing; record.

Where the juvenile court of one county is authorized by the juvenile court of another county to conduct a hearing into facts as provided in ORS 419C.056 (2) or 419C.059 (1), the facts so found and certified may be taken as established by the court of the county authorizing the hearing and, if adopted by written order of the latter court, form a part of its record in the case.
