Any court with juvenile court jurisdiction that receives financial assistance under ORS 419A.045 to 419A.048 shall comply with fiscal reporting procedures developed and approved by the Oregon Youth Authority. [Formerly 423.350; 2001 c.904 4; 2001 c.905 5]
