414.034 Acceptance of federal billing, reimbursement and reporting forms.


OR Rev Stat § 414.034 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

The Oregon Health Authority shall accept federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services billing, reimbursement and reporting forms instead of department billing, reimbursement and reporting forms if the federal forms contain substantially the same information as required by the department forms.
