On or before January 2, 2014, the Department of Human Services and the Oregon Health Authority may delegate to each other any duties, functions or powers transferred by section 19, chapter 595, Oregon Laws 2009, that the department or the authority deems necessary for the efficient and effective operation of their respective functions.
