413.105 Deposit of reimbursements received for medical assistance expenditures.


OR Rev Stat § 413.105 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?

All sums of money recovered by or paid to the Oregon Health Authority as reimbursement for funds expended for medical assistance shall be paid into the Oregon Health Authority Fund established by ORS 413.101 and may be used for the provision and administration of medical assistance. However, the United States Government is entitled to a share of any amount received as its interest may appear, which shall be promptly paid to the United States Government. [2011 c.720 46]
